Investment Strengthens Production Resilience and Automation Capacity
Technicians install new additive manufacturing equipment as part of a production expansion focused on automation and operational resilience. The image captures the arrival of a new industrial system within the facility, highlighting ongoing investments in infrastructure, production capacity and advanced manufacturing technologies. This addition supports a more robust production environment designed to ensure reliable delivery performance and scalable industrial 3D printing operations.
As more customers rely on our parts in critical production environments, predictable lead times and delivery reliability have become increasingly important. To support this growth, we have completed a significant investment in additional production equipment and automation capabilities across our facility.
The investment is centered around strengthening production resilience while expanding capacity. By introducing a secondary production system, we ensure continuity of supply even in the event of maintenance or unexpected downtime, supporting one of our most important quality objectives: delivering consistent and predictable lead times.
Building Resilience for Industrial Production
Industrial customers increasingly depend on additive manufacturing as an integrated part of their supply chains. As adoption grows, production stability becomes just as important as manufacturing capability.
The addition of a second production system provides built-in redundancy across our operation. This enables us to maintain production output and delivery performance even if one system is temporarily unavailable, reducing risk and improving supply security for our customers.
Upgrading to HP Multi Jet Fusion 5620

The image showcases the company’s upgraded production environment, featuring automated build switching and streamlined workflows that enable increased throughput, improved efficiency and predictable lead times. The investment supports scalable industrial production while maintaining flexibility and quality standards.
Alongside the new equipment investment, both of our production systems have been upgraded to HP Jet Fusion 5620 technology. This allows us to operate one of the most cost-effective and productive additive manufacturing facilities in the region while maintaining high quality standards.
Both systems are equipped with automatic build switching, enabling a highly efficient workflow with a production capacity of up to four builds per day. By combining advanced hardware with automation, we can scale output while maintaining consistent process control and production efficiency.
Advancing Factory Automation in Additive Manufacturing
A key milestone in this expansion is the installation of the first automated unpacking station for industrial 3D printing production in the Nordic region. This investment further strengthens our commitment to factory automation and supports a more streamlined and repeatable post-processing workflow.
Our objective is not simply to become the largest additive manufacturing facility. Instead, we are focused on building the most capable, flexible and reliable production environment for industrial customers. Through continued investments in automation in manufacturing, scaling AM production and industrial 3D printing expansion, we are strengthening our position as one of Sweden’s most advanced additive manufacturing production facilities.
